6

LinkedIn Lead Sync API Integration

LinkSense is an AgenticSense product designed to support intelligent LinkedIn lead management and enterprise sales workflows.

Subject to LinkedIn approval, applicable permissions, and customer authorisation, LinkSense will integrate with LinkedIn's Lead Sync API to support legitimate lead management use cases.

6.1 Authorised Lead Synchronisation

LinkSense will retrieve lead information submitted through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms only where the relevant organisation has authorised the integration and the required LinkedIn permissions are available.

The information will be processed to support the customer's specified lead management activities.

6.2 CRM Integration

Lead information may be transferred into the customer's authorised CRM or marketing automation systems to support sales operations, subject to applicable permissions and contractual requirements.

LinkSense may use AI-assisted analysis to categorise leads according to business-defined criteria, such as enquiry type, industry relevance, and customer requirements.

6.4 Sales Notifications

Where configured by an authorised customer, LinkSense may notify designated sales representatives when new lead submissions are received.

6.5 Reporting and Conversion Analytics

LinkSense may associate lead records with customer-provided sales outcomes to produce reports on campaign effectiveness, lead progression, and conversion performance.

6.6 LinkedIn Data Usage Restrictions

AgenticSense does not intend to use the Lead Sync API to:

  • Scrape LinkedIn profiles or collect unrelated member information.
  • Access lead information without appropriate authorisation.
  • Sell LinkedIn-sourced personal information to unauthorised third parties.
  • Create unrelated personal information databases.
  • Circumvent LinkedIn access controls or developer restrictions.
  • Use LinkedIn data for purposes prohibited by the applicable API terms.

LinkedIn-derived information will be processed and retained only to the extent permitted by the applicable LinkedIn agreements, developer documentation, and legal requirements.

6.7 Connection Revocation

Authorised customers may request disconnection of their LinkedIn integration.

Following disconnection, AgenticSense will cease further collection through the revoked authorisation and address previously synchronised information in accordance with applicable deletion requirements.

Revoking access does not automatically remove information previously transferred into independently managed third-party CRM systems. Such records may require separate action by the relevant customer or service provider.

8

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

Certain AgenticSense products incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, and autonomous or semi-autonomous workflow components.

Depending on the configured service, AI processing may support:

  • Lead qualification and prioritisation.
  • Business information extraction.
  • Customer enquiry classification.
  • Content summarisation.
  • Workflow recommendations.
  • Operational reporting and analytics.
  • Customer-authorised process automation.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed where necessary, particularly before consequential business decisions are made.

Where automated processing produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, AgenticSense and the relevant customer must assess and implement any additional safeguards required by applicable law.

Customer information will not be used to train general-purpose AI models unless an appropriate lawful basis, contractual permission, and relevant disclosure arrangements have been established.

Any processing by third-party AI providers must be governed by applicable service terms, security controls, and data processing arrangements.

We require appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards when engaging third parties that process personal information on our behalf.

10

Data Security

AgenticSense recognises that enterprise information security is essential to customer trust and responsible AI deployment.

We maintain or implement appropriate safeguards according to the nature, sensitivity, and risks of the information processed.

These safeguards may include:

  • Encryption of personal information in transit and at rest.
  • Role-based access controls and least-privilege access.
  • Secure authentication and authorisation mechanisms.
  • Protection of API credentials and access tokens.

  • Backup and recovery procedures.
  • Vulnerability assessment and security maintenance.
  • Restricted administrative access.
  • Incident response and remediation procedures.

Specific safeguards depend on the deployed service, hosting environment, and customer agreements.

No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. We therefore seek to maintain reasonable, risk-appropriate safeguards and continuously improve our security practices.

11

Multi-Tenant Data Protection

Certain AgenticSense platforms are designed to support multiple enterprise customers within a shared technology environment.

Where applicable, customer information is logically separated through tenant-specific access permissions, application controls, and database-level security mechanisms.

Authorised users should only be permitted to access information belonging to their organisation or otherwise explicitly shared with them.

Cross-customer disclosure is prohibited unless appropriately authorised and legally permitted.

12

Data Retention

  • The original purpose of collection.
  • Applicable legal requirements.
  • LinkedIn's API-specific storage restrictions.

  • Security and operational requirements.

LinkedIn API data is subject to additional restrictions. AgenticSense will apply the applicable LinkedIn storage and deletion requirements, including any shorter periods required for particular categories of information.

Where LinkedIn requires deletion following a customer request, service termination, or another specified event, the relevant information will be deleted within the applicable deadline.

Where a customer or individual requests deletion, we will assess the request, identify relevant records, and remove or appropriately restrict information in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.

Backup copies will be handled through controlled retention and deletion procedures, subject to any stricter requirements applicable to the relevant information.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

14

Marketing Communications and Opt-Out

AgenticSense and its authorised business customers may use appropriately collected contact information for relevant business communications.

Marketing communications must comply with applicable legal requirements and the permissions associated with the original collection.

Where required, recipients will be provided with a clear means to withdraw consent or opt out of future marketing communications.

Opt-out requests will be honoured in accordance with applicable law and contractual responsibilities.

Operational, security, or legally required communications may continue where a separate lawful basis exists.
